Our Case Managers are here to guide you through essential services with care and compassion. We offer help with:

      • Beacon Bites: Daily meal delivery for homebound, low-income seniors
      • Beacon Buggy: Transportation to medical appointments and treatments across Lee County
      • Samaritan Health & Wellness: Primary care for uninsured or underinsured residents
      • Veteran Support: Assistance through Lee County Veteran and Human Services
      • Pine Island Cub Scout Troop: Building leadership and community spirit in our youth
