Our Case Managers are here to guide you through essential services with care and compassion. We offer help with:

Medicare & Medicaid applications and renewals

Utility, rent, and mortgage assistance for low-income households

Filing support for county, state, and federal programs

Personalized referrals based on your unique needs

We also offer free access to computers, printers, and fax machines, and serve as a designated probation volunteer site.Community Programs That Make a Difference:

- Beacon Bites: Daily meal delivery for homebound, low-income seniors
- Beacon Buggy: Transportation to medical appointments and treatments across Lee County
- Samaritan Health & Wellness: Primary care for uninsured or underinsured residents
- Veteran Support: Assistance through Lee County Veteran and Human Services
